#### 1990

**MARCH 1, 1993**  
**SYLOGIST FOUNDED IN CALGARY, ALBERTA**

#### 2000

**January 1, 2002**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES ABACO MOBILE**

Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Abaco Mobile provided enterprise software and systems. It focused on enabling businesses to extend the transactional integrity of their SAP enterprise applications to their mobile communities by utilizing open-standards technology.

#### 2006

**MAY 19, 2006**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES BELLAMY SOFTWARE**

Founded in 1979, Bellamy Software Ltd. provided software solutions for municipalities, school districts, and private sector customers in Canada.

#### 2007

**JANUARY 1, 2007**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES MASTERWORKS**

Founded in 1983, Masterworks Software provided school administration software.  The company's school administration software included financial, accounting and human resource software services, enabling schools to provide web-based school access.

#### 2012

**NOVEMBER 1, 2012**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES RMS SOLUTIONS INC.**

Sylogist acquired the assets of Calgary-based RMS Solutions Inc. a private, certified developer and integrator of leading-edge fuel management solutions.

#### 2013

**May 8, 2013**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES EPIC DATA INTERNATIONAL**

Epic Data offers enterprise application software field, with its manufacturing execution systems, data collection platform software, warehouse management application software and shop floor terminals.

**October 31, 2013**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES WEAVE CORP.**

Sylogist completed the acquisition of all the common shares of Weave Corp, a well-recognized Ontario based public sector software development and support organization. Weave's operations was integrated under the Sylogist's public sector software business Bellamy Software.

#### 2014

**July 15, 2014**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES SERENIC SOFTWARE**

Serenic Software develops and delivers comprehensive, mission-critical cloud ERP solutions for public service organizations including: K-12 school districts/boards, public sector, nonprofits (NPO), international non-governmental organizations (NGO), discrete manufacturers and warehousing/distribution.

#### 2016

**August 2, 2016**  
**SYLOGIST SIGNS GLOBAL AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SECTOR WITH MICROSOFT**

Sylogist Ltd., through its Serenic Software operating division, announced that it has amended its Solution Provider Agreement, providing a long term, worldwide commitment, with Microsoft Corporation. The new agreement addresses the large opportunity emerging in the public sector ERP marketplace, with particular emphasis on the North American mid-markets.

#### 2017

**October 23, 2017**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES K12 ENTERPRISE AND SUNPAC ASSETS**

Sylogist, through its Serenic subsidiary, acquired the assets of K12 Enterprise (K12E) and Sunpac Systems (Sunpac), both providers of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions to the kindergarten to grade 12 local education authorities marketplace in the United States.

#### 2020

**April 21, 2020**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES INFOSTRAT**

InfoStrat is highly regarded for its enterprise level case management, grant management and justice solutions.

**March 18,2021**  
**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS, INC.**

MAS was founded in 1985 and has grown to serve nearly 85% of the Oklahoma K-12 public education market with its integrated Wen-GAGE platform. The modern SaaS solution includes advanced budgeting and accounting, comprehensive student information tracking, grading and scheduling, and lunchroom administration.

**March 30, 2021**  
**SYLOGIST ANNOUNCES LISTING ON TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE**

Sylogist received final approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"). Effective at the market opening on Wednesday, March 31st, 2021 the Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSX under its existing symbol, "SYZ", and will be concurrently delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

**SERENIC ANNOUNCES RELEASE FOR MICROSOFT CLOUD**

**SYLOGIST ACQUIRES INNOVATIVE SAAS FUNDRAISING PLATFORM- MISSIONCRM**

Sylogist announces the acquisition of MissionCRM, the developer of the MissionCRM fundraising and donor engagement platform for large and midmarket nonprofit organizations.

**October 18, 2021**  
**SYLOGIST ACCELERATES GROWTH WITH ACQUISITION OF PAVLIKS.COM**

Sylogist announces the acquisition of the Pavlik Group Inc. and its affiliated entities ("Pavliks"), a provider of proprietary SaaS applications and professional services primarily for public sector organizations and member associations.
